Consultation: I sit down with the client to discuss ALL of their day to day operating costs, how they've previously kept their books. Will cover the different accounts and types that go with their type of business. Will go over how I approach the preparation of their bookkeeping and what software is used. Will discuss where client would like their information stored and what media and software is used. Will need to know a specific start up date.
Startup: I prefer to use Quickbooks. Will need all types of receipts, bank statements, invoices, etc. I can either start to enter these receipts, etc. at my office or at the client’s location, whichever is preferred by client.
Entering Transactions: After the initial startup period, we can determine how much time is required for me to dedicate to the entering of transactions for your bookkeeping needs. We can also determine how often you would like for me to gather information to enter those transactions.
All first time clients will sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" and a Service Agreement which is outlined above. All information is kept with the upmost regard.
